Wow Leah. Thank you so much for this! It helped me relax a lot before sleep. I have been doing guided meditation for a few months. I do them in the morning or at night. I like mindfulness meditations the most. But I still have problems to focus my attention. I collected 30 meditations I do here: https://www.panaprium.com/youtube-guided-meditation/ What do think is more suited for beginners?
